Dive in to a warm hug of rye like you’ve never encountered before!
- 2oz Delta Rye (cacao nib rested)
- 1tsp local honey syrup 1:1
- Paint of hazelnut caramel (organic butter, organic demerara oleo-saccharum, hHazelnut milk/cream).
- 3 drops saline
- Honey graham cracker
- Mint sprig
Rest the Delta Rye overnight on cacao nibs. Paint the exterior rim into the interior 1/4 portion of a rocks glass with the hazelnut caramel and immediately rim with graham cracker dust. Build the cocktail in a mixing glass and pour over a BFC ice cube in the rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
