- 2 oz Big Bottom Delta Rye
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 8-10 mint leaves
Lightly muddle mint and simple syrup in rocks glass or julep cup. Add rye and crushed ice, stir. Top with more ice and garnish with mint sprig.
